Originally from Texas, I currently hang my hat in middle America, Illinois. My creative ways led me to explore many outlets such as painting, singing, writing, glue-gunning, dancing, and sparkling (yes, sparkling. Making something sparkle, ya dig?). Efforts to record folk/pop songs I have written fell flat as I realized that was not where my passion was. Writing though... that's my jam.
I recently revisited allllll of things I have done for work since I became a tax paying citizen at the age of 15: fry cook, retail, waitress, newspaper columnist, nanny, camp counselor, floral assistant, sports photographer, hotel housekeeper, dishwasher, receptionist, teaching assistant, cocktail waitress, substitute teacher, research consultant, art instructor, personal assistant, administrative assistant, artist, and now....mostly stay at home dog mom.
I have no shortage of stories to tell and I look forward to sharing them with you!
